Discover the magic behind India’s most iconic flavours in this intimate, hands-on workshop led by Chef Bhawna Tandon.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Introduction to essential Indian spices — guided by Chef Bhawna as she shows you how they’re bloomed and blended to build deep, memorable flavours. You’ll learn the stories behind each spice and sample a few small flavour demonstrations that highlight the techniques. A calm, cozy Sunday afternoon inside Little Straw Winery.
