Our Chardonnay is from our certified organic vineyard in Westbank. The morning sun exposure brought maximum ripeness to the grapes while the cool summer evenings maintained the vibrant acidity. Lightly oaked with French oak barrels for crisp flavour with a smooth vanilla finish and flavours of caramel, dragon fruit and lemon peel which go well with semi-soft mild goat and cow’s milk cheeses or herb-crusted halibut.
