The blend of our 2021 Frizzante is crafted with Old Vines Auxerrois, Viognier and Chenin Blanc. Our 58-year-old vines of Pinot Auxerrois provide light and crisp taste on the plate and the blend offers notes of apple, caramel and an abundance of stone fruit flavours on the finish. The bubbles impart a creamy texture to the wine with flavours of white grape and mangosteen. It is best served chilled and pairs well with lighter fish or fowl dishes or savour it with cheese fondue.
