Our 2021 Rosé is a blend of 41% Pinot Noir, 29% Lemberger, 15% Pinot Gris and 15% Merlot. More of a focus on the Pinot varietals for this vintage. Aromas of strawberry, white pepper, raspberry and redcurrant. This blend is off-dry with cherry and berry flavours, which can be enjoyed chilled with cold salmon, charcuterie meats or medium flavoured cheeses.
