The Pinot Gris is from our certified organic vineyard in Peachland. The southern facing, higher elevation vineyard makes ideal place to grow excellent Pinot Gris. This wine is full or aromas of honeysuckle, pear and refreshing citrus. Flavours of lime, lemon, pear, and white nectarine offer a refreshing twinkle of acidity, a saline-like minerality, and a weighty mouthfeel, which pairs well with fresh vegetables, raw fish, and other lighter meals.
