This vintage of our signature blend of 37% Auxerrois, 27% Siegerrebe, 19% Riesling, 6% Schönberger, 5% Traminer, 3% Sauvignon Blanc, and 3% Viognier opens with a clean, fresh aromas of rosehip and orange zest. The palate is round and balanced, melding flavours of apricot, Gala apple, and guava that lead to a fruity finish. Tapestry is a versatile white wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with seafood, poultry or Asian dishes.
