This Merlot is full-bodied with notes of ripe plum and dusky cherry. These certified orgainc grapes came from our south Okanagan vineyard and the wine was then aged in French oak for 24 months. The wine has full smooth tannins for a lush, velvety finish. Serve with herbed grilled veal or lamb chops or pair nicely with mild to medium hard cheeses.
